Nobody talks. Nobody signals. Nobody counts. You just... play.
Here's the whole game: you and your teammates each have numbered cards in your hand. Somewhere between 1 and 100. Together, the table must lay all cards down in ascending order - without communicating in any way. No peeking, no telling each other what you have, no signals. Just stare at each other and somehow figure out when to play your card. It sounds impossible. It kind of is. And yet, after a few rounds, something strange happens - you actually start to sync up. Nominated for the Spiel des Jahres. One of the most quietly intense things you'll play.

FAQ's

What happens when someone plays a card out of order?
Everyone who holds a card with a lower number reveals it, and the group loses a Life. You start with a limited number of Lives, and the goal is to complete all 12 levels before running out.
Is this good for 2 players?
Yes, and actually quite different from 4 players. With 2, the game is faster and more intimate. With 4, the silence feels more collective and the tension amplifies. Both are great - depends whether you want a quick head-to-head feeling or a group meditation.
Can kids play The Mind?
Absolutely - the mechanics are simple and number recognition is all you need. The real challenge is focus and patience, which actually makes it a lovely game for kids who want to feel like they're doing something genuinely mysterious with adults.
