Returns & Refunds (The Fair Play Policy)
Board games are meant to bring people together. If something’s off with your order, we’ll fix it - no unnecessary drama.
When we help
You’re eligible for a return or replacement if:

Your game arrives damaged

A manufacturing defect is found

You receive the wrong game
Just let us know within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and a couple of clear photos.
A quick heads-up
Because board games are sensitive products, we can only accept returns if the game is:

Unopened & unplayed

In original condition with all components intact
Minor box wear during transit (especially for imported titles) is normal and doesn’t affect gameplay — we don’t treat that as damage.
What happens next

We’ll replace the game wherever possible

If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Shipping charges aren’t refundable unless we’ve made a mistake.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

Once shipped, we’re unable to cancel or accept change-of-mind returns
One last thing
We operate on trust and fair play — the same way good games do. We reserve the right to decline returns that fall outside this policy or show repeated misuse.
