We know waiting for a new board game can feel longer than a slow player’s turn. Here’s how shipping works at Turnwise, so there are no surprises.
Where we ship
- We currently ship across India
- Some remote locations may take a little longer - we’ll always try to keep you informed
Processing & dispatch
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days
- Once your order is packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where available)
Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery timelines
- Metro & Tier-1 cities: ~ 4-7 business days after dispatch
- Other locations: ~7–10 business days after dispatch
These are estimated timelines, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to weather, logistics issues, or courier partner constraints.
Shipping charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown clearly at checkout
- Any promotional free-shipping offers will also be communicated at checkout
A quick heads-up on packaging
Board games travel a long way. While we pack orders carefully:
- Minor box wear or scuffs during transit can happen
- This does not affect gameplay and is not considered damage
If your game arrives with serious damage, refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
Delays & third-party couriers
We work with trusted logistics partners, but once an order is dispatched:
- Delivery timelines are dependent on the courier
- Turnwise is not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control
That said, if something feels stuck - reach out. We’ll help where we can.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or failed deliveries
- Re-delivery or return shipping costs (if any) due to address errors may need to be borne by the customer
